Stages of Payment

For a Plot without construction

1. Along with Application form of Rupees 50,000/- by Demand Draft.
2. On Allotment 10 % of property value minus Application Advance.
3. Balance Amount within 90 days of Allotment during the time of Registration.

All payments to be paid by Demand Drafts favoring TDK Groups of Company Bangalore,
Cost of Registration is around 8 % on the total value of Sale settled.

In case the payments are not made on time 10 % of the Property Value will be forfeited that is the earnest money given at the time of Allotment.

For a Cottage along with Plot

1. With Application Form of Rupees 50,000/- By Demand Draft.
2. On Allotment Additional 10 % of the Property Value.
3. On completion of Plinth level 20 %
4. On completion of Lintel level 20 %
5. On completion of Roof 20 %
6. Balance on Completion of Infrastructure of Gated Community and Construction of Cottage.

All payments to be paid by Demand Drafts favoring TDK Groups of Company.

All Rules and Regulations of CRZ has to be abided along with any other Government department.

In case the payments are not made on time 19 % of the value agreed upon will be forfeited and balance will be refunded.

Signing of Agreement is Mandatory and the cost has to be borne by the Applicant.

All payments are only accepted by Account Payee Checks or Demand Drafts.
